I'm very proud of the horses I raise & sell. I enjoy hearing about them as they make their journey through life with their new owners. They have had the best of care and treatment while they are with me. I love them, discipline them and teach them the basics to prepare them for the new challenges they will face.

Congratulations to Alyssa Kennell on her purchase of Much Too Fine "Reba" from Sally Erickson in June 2008! Alyssa went to her first OHSET show of the 2009 season. Out of 4 events entered, this new team placed three times first in class and once 4th! In the process they set a new OHSET record in barrels of a 14.64 (set on a WHO games pattern). Rebas pedigree
More great news for the 2009 year. Reba & Alyssa completed the 5A lifetime achievement award requirements and received their award blanket at the banquet this fall.
Something that I've never heard happening before, Reba was the 2009 WHO Reserve Hi Pt Horse (Jr Rider). While her daughter Purdy Fine Too (Goldy) was 2009 WHO Hi Pt Horse (Sr Rider) with her owner/rider Bill Neely. Bill purchased Goldy as a yearling from me. Goldys pedigree

Hi my name is Wendy Griffin and I am from Ashland, Ok and about 5 months ago I purchased Mr. Blurrbyem for my 10 year old daughter and we absolutely love him he does have some years on him but you can't tell him that LOL!!! I actually bought him for a pole horse cause we had a barrel horse but he is still capable of running 19's in the poles and my daughter just can't seem to stay up with him she is always one step behind him but she also only weighs about 68lbs so thats alot of power between her legs, anyways we started running barrels on him and he is awesome at that too! The only problem we have with the barrels is knocking one down alot and it isn't that he is crashing them she always gets them on the back side or when she is leaving them I can't seem to get her to give him that one more push. So there is an update on Blurrbyem and we will be running him at the BBR Finals in OKC in April. I also have attached a photo of him and my daughter.

In a recent email from Beverly she says: Yes, that's my fav (picture) as well. I would be very proud to have that pic on your site. I'm glad you got to see her and know that she is taken care of. I do so hope you can hold on to the little brother. I truly believe you will be more than pleased. I know we are with Makin. She is very smart, and judging by watching her run and play I have no doubt of her athletic ability. She's also a hunk. I don't think the pictures show just how much of a hunk she really is. Her mental maturity has come much earlier than I expected too. I also like that she loves people, likes to be messed with, but not a pest. We had saddled her a couple of times before she left and she was not a bit concerned with any part of that. Honestly, there is nothing we do not like about her or would change.
***2010 foals are for sale. The ones that are ready will be offered at the BRN4D Barrel Horse & Prospect Sale in May 2011.
